That is what is important, right? Spending time with loved ones and knowing that so many years ago, a baby was born to save the world. Wow. That knocks my socks off (and in a wonderful, wonderful way).
Well I will be going to midnight service (if I get my way), where we will sing Silent Night, in the dark, holding candles. I will cry a little bit (like I do every year) and praise God for his wonderful gift.
Tomorrow I will trek up to Minnesota with the family to visit more family, and we will eat Salmon (so stoked). It will be merry and bright, and I wish you all a happy holiday season!

Silent night, Holy night
All is calm, all is bright
'Round yon virgin , mother and child
Holy infant so, tender and mild
Sleep in heavenly peace,
Sleep in heavenly peace.
Silent night, Holy night
Shepherds quake, at the sight
Glories stream from heaven afar
Heavenly, hosts sing Hallelujah.
Christ the Savior is born,
Christ the Savior is born.
Silent night, Holy night
Son of God, love's pure light
Radiant beams from thy holy face
With the dawn of redeeming grace,
Jesus, Lord at thy birth,
Jesus, Lord at thy birth.
