So I will give you the recipe (you know, so you can make it for yourself and get all happy when you eat it)
Pea and Cheese Pasta Salad
- 8 oz Pasta (I usually use shells or rings)
- 1 Package of Frozen Peas
- 6 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tb Ranch Dressing Powder
- Cook Pasta according to Package
- Place Peas in a bowl of lukewarm water to thaw
- Cube Cheese
- In small bowl, whisk together Mayonnaise and Ranch Powder
- If needed, add a splash of milk to thin slightly
- In large bowl, mix all ingredients together
- Refrigerate, Serve, & Enjoy
